Türkiye's Aegean coasts, where blue and green merge, attract attention not only with their stunning landscapes and rich history but also with their healthy culinary culture. In 2010, UNESCO recognized the Mediterranean Diet, prevalent along these shores, as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The region is renowned for vegetables like artichokes and squash blossoms, various local herbs, and an abundance of seafood. The Aegean region is also the birthplace of the olive oil miracle, a secret to longevity from its centuries-old olive trees.
