Located in the Selçuklu district's Dikilitaş neighborhood on a 3,551 square meter plot, the hotel will stand eight stories tall, including the basement and ground floor. The facility will comprise 162 rooms, including 12 corner suites, 12 mini suites, 6 luxury standard rooms, 129 standard rooms, and 3 accessible rooms. Additional amenities will include an à la carte restaurant, a conference hall, and two meeting rooms.

In Mersin, Pozcu Construction and Tourism Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. is set to develop a hotel with an investment of 339 million 990 thousand TL on a 5,056 square meter site in Yenişehir's Güvenevler neighborhood (listed as Bahçe in the land registry). The planned 10-story building, including two basement levels, a ground floor, and a rooftop, will house 86 rooms alongside offices and commercial spaces.
