One of the biggest hotel chains in the world, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, continues growing in Türkiye with new property openings. The latest hotel that Marriott has opened located Asian side of the Istanbul.
The hotel, which started its operation in 2009 under the name 'Divan Istanbul Asia', has changed signboard. The building, which became part of the Marriott chain, started serving under the name 'Istanbul Marriott Hotel Pendik'. With the addition of the new hotel with 231 keys, Marriott's total number of facilities in Türkiye has reached 46, and the number of facilities branded only as 'Marriott' has increased to 4. Globally, the group has a total of 8,443 hotels, including 581 Marriott brand.
Emre Güllüler, General Manager of Istanbul Marriott Hotel Pendik, stated that the hotel is close to industrial zones, areas where maritime activities are carried out, and the airport. Güllüler, emphasizing that the arrival of the Marriott brand will add value to the regional tourism, stated that their primary goal is always guest satisfaction.
