Firuz Bağlıkaya, the President of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB), proposed the idea of 'encouraging bosses to increase vacation opportunities of employees.

Highlighting the difference in performance between workers who takes a vacation and workers who does not, Bağlıkaya said, "Incentives can be provided to companies to increase employees' vacation opportunities. The deduction of incentives related to vacations from taxes can serve as motivation for employers. It also reflects on work performance," he expressed.

On the other hand, Bağlıkaya mentioned that early reservations are going well, saying, "We expect a good year. We anticipate an increase every year from now on. The record of 2019 is now behind us. We will base it on 2023. We will look at 2023 and see if we have surpassed it or not."

Bağlıkaya also touched upon the visa exemption for Greek Islands, stating that prices would be balanced to some extent. Mentioning that in some places, prices are three times higher than they should be, Bağlıkaya explained that these would be adjusted a bit, emphasizing the benefits for consumers.
