Europe Residences acquired Swissotel Residences Bodrum Hill! The new owner of the hotel and villas in the project, owned by Çağdaş İnşaat, is now Europe Residences.

Located at the entrance of Bodrum and also the residence of the Central Bank President Hafize Gaye Erkan, Swissotel Residences Bodrum Hill has changed hands.

The company providing services to the hotel and villas within the project has been acquired by Europe Residences. The official acquisition has not been completed yet, but it is learned that the parties have reached an agreement and will make a statement on the matter in the coming days.

124-room luxury hotel and residences

According to the news from Patronlar Dünyası by Meltem Günay, Swissotel Residences Bodrum Hill, overlooking Bodrum Castle, Kos Island, and Karaada, was developed by Çağdaş İnşaat on an area of ​​32 acres. The project consists of a 124-room hotel and affiliated residences.

In the project, which has a total of 55 units, the residences include apartments, duplexes, and villas ranging from 90 to 559 square meters.

The official announcement about the acquisition is expected to be made in the coming days after the completion of the evaluation report. The villas in the project are owned by individuals, but villa owners will have the opportunity to benefit from the hotel's open/closed pools, restaurant-bar, spa, fitness center, massage rooms, Turkish bath, meeting rooms, and other premium service units.

Additionally, homeowners in the project can choose to include their residences in the Swissotel rental system and operate them for rent if they wish.
