Addressing the attendees, Koray Çavdır, Vice President responsible for Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) at Coral Travel Group, emphasized the rapid growth of Coral Travel/Ferien Touristik brands in the market. Çavdır noted that in 2024, they aim to achieve over 687 thousand tourists or nearly 688 million euros in revenue. He highlighted their mid-term goal of sustainable growth, aiming for 1 million tourists and 1 billion euros in revenue.

"The group's European tour operator activities, which began in Poland, continued with the opening of services in Germany, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and, in 2023, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Romania. With the commencement of organized holiday sales in the Netherlands, we have expanded to a total of 10 countries in Europe." Çavdır stated.

European target: 2 million, total target: 3.2 million

In 2023, Coral Travel served 1.6 million European tourists and approximately 1 million tourists from 5 five CIS countries. The goal for 2024 is to exceed 2 million in European source markets, representing a 30 percent increase.

While the total number of tourists served by the group across all source markets was 2.72 million in 2023, the target for 2024 is 3.24 million.

Looking at tourist numbers by destination, the top six countries are Türkiye, Egypt, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, and Tunisia.
