Following a management agreement signed with Ihlara Emlak Dayanıklı Tüketim Malzemeleri Pazarlama İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, the newly renovated Kapadokus Thermal Resort, one of the region's oldest thermal facilities, will begin operations under the management of Continent Worldwide Hotels starting April 2024. The hotel will operate under the new name and concept of Continent Kapadokus Thermal Spa & Wellness.

The hotel, set to feature 100 suites and standard rooms, will offer an array of facilities including thermal and outdoor pools, a spa, sauna, Turkish bath, health and wellness services, physiotherapy, Ayurvedic cuisine, and three new a la carte restaurants.

At the signing ceremony, Ahmet Yaşar, owner of Ihlara Emlak Dayanıklı Tüketim Malzemeleri Pazarlama İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, alongside Gülfem Yaşar Özberk and Ahmet Cemal Yaşar, stated, "We have been investing in the tourism and hospitality sector for many years. For some time, we've been contemplating partnering with a brand that could elevate our Kapadokus Thermal Hotel to the next level. After discussions with various domestic and international brands, our paths crossed with Continent Worldwide, a domestic organization with international operations. Following our meetings, we decided to enter into a management agreement with them."

Kemal Karataş, Director of Country Operations and Franchise Development at Continent Worldwide Hotels, expressed, "We are confident that our rapidly expanding group will achieve its deserved status in the domestic market through numerous new agreements, similar to our growth abroad. Currently, we have three facilities in Istanbul and ongoing construction in Ankara, Çanakkale, Biga, Bursa, Kayseri, Mardin, Diyarbakır, and Şanlıurfa. In 2024, we look forward to opening these hotels and are in discussions for more. Our investor-friendly approach and efforts to retain national capital within the country continue to create a strong synergy with our investors who share our values and support domestic hospitality firms."

Ethem Zagikyan, Chairman of the Board at Continent Worldwide Hotels, added, "I would like to extend my gratitude to each of our investors who have played a significant role in our company's growth. I am particularly thankful to Ahmet Yaşar and his family for entrusting us with this beautiful facility and for taking the first step in a long-term relationship through the management agreement. We believe that Continent Kapadokus Thermal Spa & Wellness will soon become one of the region's most popular hotels and a successful operation."
