Two valuable hotels within the Palmiye Group, one of the Turkish tourism groups, Venezia Palace located in Antalya Kundu-Lara and Meyra Palace in Ankara Çankaya, were purchased by Erdal Tokmakçı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ertok Construction from Istanbul, and Kadir Şen, a Belgian citizen specialized in global agricultural and food imports. This strategic acquisition, completed in January 2024, was financed through equity and partial credit.
With the partnership of Erdal Tokmakçı and Kadir Şen, Venezia Palace and Meyra Palace are preparing to welcome the new season, aiming to keep guest satisfaction at the highest level, to further increase the hotel's prestige, and to reach a wider audience.
For the summer season of 2024, comprehensive innovations and improvements are planned at the hotel. For the 2025 season, plans include modernizing the rooms, maximizing guest satisfaction with new services, offering various activities, and continuing investment with new tourism facilities.
